March 9, 2007 The Ballot dated February 16, 2007, for the temporary assignment of Northwest Pipeline services (November 1, 2007 to October 31, 2008) has passed.  Of the 73 producers voting, representing 66% of the total Pool DCQ, all voted in favor.
